Sharing of the Gorilla Art

Usually, I will allow them to spend their whole snack time and we shall start our class around 4:30 pm. However, today, I was just worried that we might not be able to complete our activity today. Therefore, I have to cut short of their snack time and get them to complete their gorilla art work as soon as possible.

Fortunately, they could complete it before 4:45 pm. Then we started our sharing session today. The children had actually added in a lot of details in their gorilla art. I wanted them to share their art work. They could talk about where the gorilla is or what the gorilla is doing.

Here were the summaries of the sharing done for the day:

"The gorilla is in the zoo." - by Huey Ting, Germaine, Yi Ming, Jun Yi, Shyi Yee, Er Xuen, Umeko & Angela

"The gorilla is in the jungle." - by Shang Feng with the help from Germaine

"The gorilla is in the zoo. It is in the cage." - by Jie Min

"The gorilla is in the zoo climbing the tree." - by Alice Lim

"The gorilla is in the zoo car." - by Dexter Wong

"The gorilla is in the zoo. He is waiting for the apple to fall down from the tree." - by Wei Xiang

"Catch the gorilla from the jungle to the zoo." - by Kai Yuan with the guidance from the teacher.
